NUS Conference - writer's block

Just so you know: this page was imported from my old blog. Some pages were rather mangled in the process; my apologies if things don't quite look right.

I promised some time ago to write about my experiences at the NUS Conference - the first I've attended despite several years at University. However, while I've scribbled down some notes and highlighted some of the things that I thought would have an impact on Portsmouth's students, I realised that it would probably be better to ask you - Portsmouth students, Facebook readers and committed student representation supporters - for your opinions and views on how the 2007 NUS Conference went, before I spout off.

If you went, or even if you didn't but you have something to say about the NUS Conference, the NUS in general, or your thoughts on UPSU's affiliation to the NUS, please add them using the comments thingbob below. As long as you don't mind, your feedback here will be considered for inclusion in a magazine feature in our Pugwash magazine hopefully before the end of this academic year, or - failing that - in the first issue next year.

Got something more personal you want to say? Or do you just want to send me random abuse? Go for it - alex.harries [at] upsu.net ;o)
